Refund & Returns Policy

At Sreevi, we aim to provide high-quality grocery products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

  • Contaminated

  • Past its expiry date

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging, where applicable

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A full refund


Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused non-perishable grocery products within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Remain sealed and unopened

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be unused

  • Be in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Opened Food Products

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened food products unless the item is faulty or unfit for consumption.


Refund Deductions & Processing

Refunds will only be made via the credit or debit card used for the original transaction.

Refunds will have postage and packing charges deducted. Where an order qualified for free postage and packing, we reserve the right to deduct our actual postage and packing costs from the refund amount.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after returned goods are received and inspected.


Delivery Issues

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • An incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

shipping charges may not be refundable and any return courier costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
