Sreevi supplies grocery products, including rice, pulses, lentils, dals and related grocery products, to retail and wholesale customers across the United Kingdom.

2. Use of our website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security, upload harmful code, copy website content for commercial use without permission, commit fraud or use the website in a way that may damage Sreevi, our customers or our service providers.

3. Product information

We aim to display product information, prices, images, descriptions, pack sizes and availability accurately.

However, product packaging, labels, ingredients, origin information, weights, images and availability may change from time to time.

Product images are for guidance and presentation purposes only. The product you receive may vary slightly from the image shown, especially where suppliers update packaging or labelling.

4. Food information, allergens and suitability

Customers must check product packaging, labels, ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions, cooking instructions and best-before dates before using or consuming any product.

Some products may be packed or processed in environments where allergens are handled. If you have allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements or specific product questions, please contact us before ordering.

We do not provide medical, nutritional or dietary advice.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Delivery charges and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders may be subject to payment authorisation, fraud checks, security checks, stock checks and delivery availability checks.

6. Order acknowledgement and acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order request.

Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods or confirm that your order is ready for collection, where collection is available.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where necessary, including where:

an item is unavailable;
payment is not authorised;
there is a pricing, stock or product information error;
delivery is not possible to the address provided;
the order appears suspicious or fraudulent;
the order appears to be placed for unauthorised resale;
the order breaches these terms; or
we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

7. Product availability and substitutions

All products are subject to availability.

If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer a replacement, suggest an alternative or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

We will not substitute items without your agreement where the substitute is materially different from the product ordered.

8. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, courier delays, public holidays, remote locations, peak periods, weather or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode, email address and phone number.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery information provided by you.

9. Risk and ownership

Goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the delivery address you provided, collected by you, left in a safe place according to your instruction, or received by someone on your behalf.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.

10. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, missing items and incorrect items are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

11. Wholesale, trade and bulk orders

Wholesale, trade, business-to-business and bulk orders may be subject to separate pricing, payment terms, delivery terms, minimum order quantities, credit checks and return terms.

Where separate written terms are agreed, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms of Service.

Consumer cancellation rights may not apply to business-to-business purchases.

12. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions, offers, free delivery deals and discount codes may be subject to conditions, including expiry dates, minimum spend, product exclusions, stock availability, delivery area restrictions, usage limits and customer eligibility.

We may amend or withdraw promotions at any time where permitted by law.

Discount codes cannot usually be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

You may be able to create an account on our website.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

14. Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers, analytics tools, marketing platforms and social media platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

All website content, including text, images, logos, branding, layout, graphics, product content and design, belongs to Sreevi or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

If you submit reviews, comments, images or other content to us, you must ensure that the content is accurate, lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, supply chain disruption, severe weather, strikes, accidents, public emergencies, technical failures or changes in law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
