This Shipping Policy explains how Sreevi processes, packs and delivers orders placed through our online store.

2. Delivery areas
We deliver across the United Kingdom, subject to courier availability, product availability, parcel weight, order size and delivery restrictions.
Delivery charges and services may vary for Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, remote areas, islands and highlands.
3. Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
Processing may take longer during busy periods, promotions, public holidays, courier disruption or stock delays.
4. Delivery methods
Orders are usually sent by tracked courier service.
Tracking information will be shared once your order has been dispatched, where available.
5. Standard delivery
Standard UK delivery generally takes 3–5 working days.
For Mainland UK, standard delivery may arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch, depending on courier service, location and order processing time.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is specifically offered at checkout.
6. Express delivery
Where express delivery is available, express orders are sent using a tracked courier service.
Orders placed before 12 noon on a working day may be eligible for next working day delivery, depending on product availability, courier availability and delivery location.
Please allow up to 48 hours for unexpected courier or processing delays.
If an express order is placed between Thursday 12 noon and Friday 11:59 AM, it may be dispatched on Friday afternoon, with delivery expected on Monday or Tuesday. If Monday is a bank holiday, delivery may take place on Tuesday or Wednesday.
7. Mainland UK delivery charges
Mainland UK standard delivery:
Orders of £45.00 and over: free standard delivery
Orders under £45.00: £4.99 standard delivery
Mainland UK weekend delivery:
Orders of £60.00 and over: free weekend delivery
Orders from £45.00 to £59.99: £4.99 weekend delivery
Orders under £45.00: £9.99 weekend delivery
8. Northern Ireland delivery charges
Northern Ireland delivery charges may vary depending on parcel weight, box count and courier service.
Indicative Northern Ireland standard delivery charges:
Orders under £45.00 and under 27kg / 1 box: £14.99
Orders of £45.00 and over and under 27kg / 1 box: £12.99
Orders under 55kg / 2 boxes: £25.99
Final delivery charges will be shown at checkout where available.
9. Heavy, bulk and wholesale orders
Large, heavy, wholesale, trade or bulk orders may require separate delivery arrangements.
We may contact you after checkout if your order requires pallet delivery, split delivery, special handling, additional courier charges, a separate delivery quote or a different delivery date.
10. Free delivery
Free delivery may be available on eligible orders that meet the required minimum spend, delivery location, parcel weight and service conditions.
Free delivery offers may not apply to all areas, remote locations, heavy orders, wholesale orders, bulk orders or special delivery services.
11. Delivery address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode, phone number and email address.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional courier charges caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery information.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@sreevi.co.uk.
12. Missed, refused or failed deliveries
If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, please follow the courier’s instructions for redelivery or collection.
If a parcel is refused, uncollected or returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we may deduct reasonable delivery, return and handling costs from any refund where permitted by law.
13. Damaged parcels or missing items
Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if an item is missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at sales@sreevi.co.uk.
Please include your order number, photos of the outer parcel, photos of the packaging, a photo of the delivery label, photos of the damaged item where applicable and details of the issue.
For damaged, missing or incorrect grocery items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible. This helps us investigate with our packing team and delivery provider.
14. Delayed or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please check your tracking information first.
If tracking has not updated or your parcel appears to be lost, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
15. Split deliveries
Some orders may be sent in more than one parcel. If this happens, parcels may arrive separately.
16. Packaging and product care
All products are packed carefully to help maintain quality during transit.
Extra care is taken when packing grocery products to reduce the risk of damage.
17. Public holidays and seasonal delays
Delivery services may be affected during bank holidays, festive periods, courier disruption, severe weather, peak shopping periods or events outside our control.
Please allow extra time during these periods.
