Made sundal with Kabuli Chana for an evening snack. The chana stayed whole after cooking and took the coconut tempering beautifully. Fresh taste and good texture.

Soaked the chickpeas overnight for chole and they plumped up really well. After pressure cooking they became creamy inside without the skins all falling apart. My chole turned out excellent.

Made Punjabi chana masala for friends and everyone loved it. The chickpeas absorbed the masala nicely and still held their shape. I was very pleased with the final texture.
